Because our products are digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) goods that are delivered instantly, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy to ensure fair usage of our server resources.

1. Nature of Digital Products

VoiceWala provides "irrevocable non-tangible goods." This means that once a purchase is made, the computing resources, server costs, and license keys are immediately allocated to your account.

Unlike physical goods, digital credits and lifetime licenses cannot be "returned" or "restocked." Therefore, all sales are considered final at the moment of purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. This applies to all plans, including promotional, discounted, subscription, and lifetime deals.

By completing a purchase on VoiceWala, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the features, samples, and limitations of the tool before buying.
• You understand that digital licenses are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or "lack of usage."

3. Cancellations

Since VoiceWala primarily operates on a "Lifetime Deal" (One-time payment) model, there are no recurring monthly subscriptions to cancel. Once you purchase a plan, you have access according to the plan terms, and no further charges will be applied to your card.

4. Exceptional Cases (Duplicate Payments)

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge (e.g., you were charged twice for the same transaction ID due to a payment gateway glitch). In such cases, please contact support with both transaction IDs, and we will manually refund the duplicate amount within 5-7 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or credit card provider for a valid purchase will have their VoiceWala account and license permanently suspended immediately. We reserve the right to report such incidents to fraud prevention databases.
